Our custom crates are designed and fabricated to ensure maximum protection during storage and transit. No matter the size, weight or value of your unique item, we design our crates using custom fittings, braces and foam padding to safely secure your items during transit and to make certain they arrive undamaged. Whether you have a one time shipment, travel from show to show, or just need to properly store your fine art, VAI Art Services is here to help!

We offer local, domestic and international shipping with our carefully selected and trusted industry partners and we take care of the whole door-to-door process for you including collection, packing, loading, custom clearance and delivery. 


VAI Art Services have a  fleet of vehicles to safely and securely transport your prized possessions across California - whether it be artwork or furniture. 


We offer white glove delivery services. We transport artworks from art galleries, auction houses and frame shops, furniture from retail/wholesale stores, or your home goods from storage units into your home or office, to just name a few of our delivery services. We also include trash disposal services.

VAI Art Services offer a weekly shuttle between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles and a monthly service between Los Angeles and San Francisco, as well as providing dedicated delivery services for those last-minute moves. 


VAI Art Services offers comprehensive cataloging services, including photography, condition reporting, and inventory auditing.


Drawing on our vast network of experience and industry colleagues, we can advise on and arrange art conservation, database management, and collection maintenance.
